The statement consists of the following sections: Information from each candidate's form was also typed into an Excel spreadsheet in order to validate mathematical accuracy. The purpose of the "Notes" column, if displayed, is to assist you in reconciling the candidate's data. The notes are not official or part of the original document and are not intended to highlight any candidate over another. They contain information on mathematical discrepancies or other information. This format is to assist in viewing the data; however, you should refer to the original document for the official content.

Campaign Financial Disclosure Statements are a matter of public record available from the Shelby County Election Commission (157 Poplar - Memphis, TN). The documents are available for viewing or for copying at the Shelby County Election Commission office. The charge for copies is 25 cents per copy.

From the Shelby County Portal website: Campaign finance - T.C.A. Title 2, Chapter 10. Part One (campaign financial disclosure) requires candidates for public office to disclose contributions and contributors to their campaigns. Part Three (campaign contribution limits) limits the total amount of campaign contributions a candidate may receive from an individual and sets limits on the amount a candidate may receive in cash.
